Coffee is a food product, we cannot accept returns due to health regulations regarding food products. For other items, such as brewing gear and accessories, please contact us no later than 7 days after receipt of your order to start the return process. You can email us on email@example.com
When you contact us, we will establish the reason for the return.
Ensure you return your items unused and undamaged with any labels still attached in their original packaging and include a note for the reason of the return. If we find that the products have not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a return on the item.
Please note that we will not be able to accept returns based on change of mind. We are not responsible for return postage other than for incorrect or faulty items. Neither can we accept responsibility for packages that never reach us, so we advise you to use a traceable and insured service to return your product to us.
If you wish to return or exchange your items, our company policy is that we will NOT refund the original purchase price and delivery charge.
